A thought about these tough economic times.... When stress and pressure is high, it is more important than ever to provide assessment and coaching feedback for leaders and key talent. With tension levels high, it is natural for one's inherent Risk Factors to get in the way with greater frequency. This is the last thing organizations need -- bad or unproductive behaviors running rampant during rocky times!
When times are tough, we need our people to harness and deliver with their strengths and gifts to succeed, while keeping their ineffective coping strategies (risks) to a minimum. The feedback process helps them do just that.
